Paint and Paint Preparation Prepare trucks for painting by sanding, masking, and performing all necessary surface preparation. Apply paint to trucks, ensuring a high-quality, professional finish. Sanding and Surface Preparation Sand and prepare vehicles for repair and refinishing work. Ensure all surfaces are properly prepared for subsequent repair or paint processes. Parts Replacement Replace parts ranging from minor components to major assemblies. Ensure all replacements meet company quality and safety standards. Tools and Equipment Use personal tools as required for daily tasks. Company-provided equipment will be available for larger or specialized jobs. Transportation and Work Ethic Must have reliable transportation. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dependability. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening Experience and Knowledge Prior body shop experience is preferred. Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and CSA regulations is highly desirable. Skills and Abilities Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. Effective communication skills. Work Environment Ability to work in varying weather conditions and shop environments. Commitment to following all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
