Requirements

• Previous experience as a Body Shop Structural Technician or similar role
• Knowledge of vehicle structures, frame straightening, and welding techniques
• Ability to operate hydraulic and mechanical frame repair equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Must be certified or able to get certified in Unitized Structural Repair

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and assess structural repair needs
• Perform frame straightening, welding, and other structural repairs
• Use specialized equipment to restore vehicle integrity
• Collaborate with other technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship
