Body Shop Repair Technician Blossom Chevrolet continues to grow, and we are in immediate need of experienced Auto Body Technicians in our Body Shop. We have maintained a steady workflow and are looking for competent, hardworking technicians. NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS!! Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: Prepare and repair vehicle per estimate according to manufacturer standards De-trim, disassemble and repair vehicle with a sense of urgency and attention to detail Maintain/assist with identifying, and or, sourcing parts and material Work as a team player to ensure on-time delivery of vehicles Meet or exceed Blossom Chevrolet's requirement for productivity Maintain tools and equipment in a proper state of repair Positive attitude and fix it right the first time mentality Ideal candidates will have: Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals Outstanding communication skills Professional appearance and work ethic Great attitude with a high-energy personality Superior customer service skills Ability to read and comprehend instructions Ability to exercise good judgement Valid State drivers license and good driving record Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent Technical or trade school degree preferred Compensation: We offer competitive pay, health, paid vacation, paid holidays, and a professional work environment.
