Requirements

  • General mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with vehicle repairs.
  • Proven experience in automotive body repair and or mechanical tasks.
  • Familiarity with standard collision and mechanical tools and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy parts and tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Suspension, Alignments, Cooling, Air Conditioning, Electrical and Interior removal and replacement of damaged components.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and determine the necessary repairs.
  • Assist in mechanical repairs such as full frame replacements, Removal and reinstallation of mechanical items such as air bags, instrument panels, electrical components and interior panels.
  • Repair, replace, or adjust mechanical systems on vehicles, including suspension and steering components.
  • Reassemble vehicles and test for proper functionality after repair.
  • Ensure work is performed according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
  • Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours.
  • Work in close collaboration with other team members, including senior technicians, to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet safety and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively to explain the nature of repairs and estimate timeframes.
