Requirements
- Six (6) or more years experience managing a truck body shop OR auto body shop
- Experience supporting a large fleet of trucks
- High level of focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Managed an operating budget for a larger truck Body Shop
Responsibilities
- Manage all Body Shop work and personnel
- Manage the full-body restoration and paint to trucks involved in collisions.
- Repairs will include fiber glass, welding on aluminum/steel/stainless steel, trailers, side rails/sheets, and roll up doors among other fixes.
- Ensure all repairs are completed on time
- Maintain running cost within budget
- Work closely with customers to meet their transportation needs requiring a high level of customer service.
Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 per year + 1.5% of Service Sales Gross Minus Shop Supplies
