About The Position

Requirements

Minimum High School diploma or GED required (College- preferred)
Knowledge of ADP / CDK preferred or equivalent
Mitchell Paint/Body Estimating System or equivalent
Body Shop & Auto Painting- preferred
Minimum 4-5 years management experience (auto/diesel a plus)
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Sales & relationship building skills
Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers.
Growth.
Coaches, hires, trains, motivates, and monitors team performance.
Manages safety
Provides quotes for paint & truck repairs.
Manages- Insurance claims
Monitors progress and completion of repairs.
Checks quality of completed work.
Prepares final billing for completed repair orders.
Follows-up
Manages accounts receivables & accounts payable.
Works with accounting staff.
Maintains & ensures equipment is safe and used properly.
Facilitates technical training and sends employees to appropriate training classes.
Duties not limited too.
Other tasks as assigned.
