Position Information: The full time Body Shop Manager is responsible for the operation of an efficient and profitable body shop department. S/he will operate the department at maximum production, controlling costs, building a loyal clientele, maintaining good employee relationships, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives, and maintaining service records. The Body Shop Manager directs the activities of body shop employees in performing body repairs, time schedules, quality control, and productivity levels.
