We're on the hunt for a fierce, experienced, no-nonsense Body Shop Manager for our Sauk Rapids, MN location who can handle the heat and lead with precision.

Requirements

• 5+ years in body shop or collision repair management.
• Strong knowledge of cars/trucks.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Pride in making it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Own every aspect of shop management, from people, to repair quality to customer satisfaction.
• Keep an eagle eye on the workflow - balancing efficiency, quality, and speed.
• Lead, motivate, and train a powerhouse team.
• Manage parts inventory and ensure every job is executed with precision.
