About The Position

Subaru of Portland, a dealership part of the O'Brien Auto Group, is searching for an individual to be a Body Shop Hourly Technician. We're looking for someone who can work and communicate well with our body shop painters and technicians. This position pays $21.00 per hour. Requirements

  • Must be a self-starter, motivated, and someone that wants to work in a team environment and build a career in the Automotive Body Business with a great company.
  • Competitive pay based on your skills, training, and experience level.
  • Candidates for this position must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.
  • Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a comprehensive background screening and motor vehicle record review.

Responsibilities

  • Performing pre- and post-repair washes, details, replacement of parts and other minor repairs.
  • Delivering parts and mirror matching parts
  • Maintain and upkeep shop workspace
  • Closing and opening procedures with body shop
  • Moving vehicles between shops and supporting shop.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Regular attendance is essential.
  • Work in cooperative, positive & professional manner with all personnel in the company.
  • Treat members of the public and customers in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner. Maintain professional demeanor while at work.
  • Must conform to the company policy regarding non-discrimination and harassment.
