About The Position

Griffin Body Shop is a busy, growing collision repair facility looking for an experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with customers, insurance partners, and technicians to deliver accurate estimates and a smooth repair experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator ( preferred )
• Knowledge of collision repair processes and estimating systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• I-CAR and/or ASE certifications
• DRP experience

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and assess collision damage
• Write accurate repair estimates using CCC One
• Work directly with insurance adjusters to negotiate and submit supplements
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, timelines, and costs
• Maintain detailed documentation and repair records
• Coordinate with technicians and production staff to ensure proper repairs are completed
