Requirements
- Professional appearance and outstanding customer service skills are a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to provide top-notch customer service
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Handle account reconciliation, including accounts payable, receivables, deposits, petty cash, and receipts
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients both in-person and over the phone
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, insurance processing, compiling reports, and filing
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
