About The Position

The Body Shop Collision Manager at Courtesy Chevrolet Fix Auto Sports Arena is responsible for overseeing the operations of a busy collision repair shop. The manager will implement processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction while also tracking financial performance and compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Ability to lead and motivate staff in a professional manner.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in CCC one system; CDK & Integral experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shop facilities, equipment, and resources.
• Keep the shop clean and orderly.
• Track monthly sales, profit, and expense objectives.
• Take all necessary steps to exceed customer expectations and ensure a positive experience.
• Recruit, hire, motivate, and retain high-quality staff, actively participating in company sales.
• Monitor Body Shop Department performance with key metrics, including revenue, profitability, and efficiency.
• Assure compliance with safety goals.
• Provide accurate estimates/quotes for services.
• Develop strong alliances with vendors and Insurance Representatives.
• Manage work order system and service invoicing.
• Communicate policies, procedures, and goals to employees.
