About The Position

JEFF WYLER WILDER COLLISION CENTER IS HIRING A FULL-TIME FACILITY BODY SHOP ASSISTANT. Our Body Shop Assistant maintains a clean, safe, and organized repair facility, directly supporting technicians by handling debris, cleaning workstations, and managing waste. Responsibilities include sweeping floors, cleaning equipment, disposing of materials, and moving vehicles. They ensure the shop meets safety and OSHA standards.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of shop safety practices
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Reliability and attention to detail
• All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Daily sweeping and mopping of repair stalls
• Emptying trash
• Cleaning specialized tools, machinery, and equipment
• Cleaning and maintaining employee lunchrooms and office spaces
• Ensuring the workshop is orderly
• Perform landscaping duties
• Moving customer vehicles
• Cleaning the parking lot
