Toyota of North Charlotte, a Hudson Automotive Company, is actively seeking Body Shop Advisors to join our award-winning, high-volume service team. We are Growing! Hudson Automotive Group, founded in 1948, is a third-generation, family owned & operated business proudly serving customers with all their automotive needs. Hudson Automotive has grown from a single location in Providence, KY to a multistate, multi-franchise organization with over 50 dealerships and more than 4,000 employees throughout 8 States concentrated in the Southeast.

  • Taking pictures of the vehicles.
  • Schedules service appointments.
  • Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
  • Writes up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order.
  • Walks around the vehicle with customer as needed to confirm the damages and prior damage.
  • Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
  • Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
  • Verifies Insurance claim information before starting repairs.
  • Verifies Payments and proper documentation from the Insurance Co.
  • Checks on progress of repair throughout the process daily.
  • Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
  • Previous Customer Service Experience Required
  • Previous Body Shop Estimator Experience Preferred
