In this role, you'll work alongside some of the best collision center professionals in the industry, ensuring all repairs are performed accurately and delivered on time. Position: Body Shop Advisor Location: Joe Basil Chevrolet - 5111 Transit Rd. Depew, NY 14043 Schedule: Full-Time - Five-Day Work Week including an occasional Saturday Compensation: $17-$24/hour (based on experience) + monthly bonus

Requirements

Valid NYS Driver's License required

Nice To Haves

Experience with ADP/CDK systems is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding body repair services
Build strong relationships with customers by providing top-tier service and clear communication
Accurately assess customer needs and manage repair expectations
Communicate effectively between customers and the collision repair team to ensure timely updates
Maintain and update repair order records using our internal systems
Coordinate repair workflow from intake to delivery
Ensure all processes meet or exceed customer satisfaction and company standards
Assist with additional tasks as needed within the body shop
