About The Position
The Field Leadership Senior Manager at Allstate is responsible for supervising field operations across a designated geographic area. This role involves strategic oversight, leadership of a team of field managers, and the management of operational and sales strategies to meet Allstate’s high standards and corporate objectives. Our team is excited to add a Bodily Injury Regional Claims Leader to our organization! In this role, you will oversee both attorney and non-attorney represented claims. While litigation experience is preferred, it is not required. You will lead a team of 6–10 front-line claims managers. - Manage regional budgets and financial forecasts, optimizing resource allocation and financial stewardship.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders at Allstate to integrate field operations with broader corporate strategies.
