In this position, you will be responsible for building rapport with customers. You handle claims involving unrepresented injured claimants, from start to finish. Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of auto liability claims handling experience
• Prior bodily injury experience a plus but not required
• Understanding of full in-depth auto coverage for non-standard claims required
• Auto claims handling experience required
• Claims related computer systems experience required, Guidewire experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build a rapport with unrepresented claimants
• Analyze coverage
• Handle the complete investigation including all necessary recorded statements from all involved parties and witnesses
• Determine liability
• Responsible for both the property damage and injury resolution for unrepresented parties
• Must be able to handle multiple vehicle accidents
• In some instances, handle claims where claimant is injured and at fault party in uninsured
• Must provide excellent customer service
