About The Position

As a Guest Experience Specialist, you are a master multi-tasker who serves food and beverages to guests with a friendly demeanor in accordance with our distinctive service standards. Beyond traditional service, your role extends to hosting, operating the point of sale, and providing game assistance to guests.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous food and beverage or hosting experience preferred.
Knowledge of POS system.

Responsibilities

Take food orders from guests and process orders in the point-of-sale system.
Host guests, manage bocce court rentals, and assist with game rules and procedures.
Ensure overall guest satisfaction and a memorable guest experience.
Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic of service and bocce game areas.
Stock service stations with items such as game equipment, ice, napkins, or straws.
Pick up orders from the food preparation areas and ensure food is prepared accordingly.
Prepare guest check and if appropriate, complete payment transaction.
Adapt to dynamic roles such as expo, host and food ringer as needed.
Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work towards increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
