About The Position

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Boba Tea and Crepe Maker to join our vibrant café team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious boba tea and crepes while providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and ensuring that all food safety standards are met.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a café or similar environment.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Experience with cash registers or POS systems; familiarity with Aloha POS is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of boba tea flavors and crepes according to established recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including blenders, grills, and other food preparation tools.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including Aloha POS.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
