About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Boba Shop Manager to join our team at Alma Dessert in Sunnyvale, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the boba shop while providing exceptional service to our clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that the shop runs smoothly and efficiently, creating a welcoming environment for customers, and maintaining high standards of quality in our products. As the Boba Shop Manager, you will assist in building a strong brand for our boba shop, which includes developing unique signature boba recipes that will set us apart from competitors. You will also be responsible for training our employees in the boba making process, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver outstanding service. Additionally, you will connect with different boba tea suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and maintain a diverse menu that appeals to our customers. We are looking for someone who is not only experienced in the boba tea industry but also passionate about creating memorable experiences for our valued customers.
