About The Position

Join Bob’s Discount Furniture as a Bob’s Squad Support Associate and be a key part of delivering exceptional support throughout the customer journey. In this omnichannel role, you’ll assist guests in person, over the phone, and across digital platforms to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Whether you're helping with orders, managing calls, or supporting store teams, you’ll use technology and service skills to represent Bob’s with integrity, enthusiasm, and care. This is a full-time, in-store position with required flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements

  • Guest communication and empathy
