About The Position
The Sewer position creates boat and seat covers using industrial sewing machines for fiberglass and aluminum boat production using specified patterns. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Sews boat and seat covers for production line. Sews boat and seat covers for After-Market Parts. Prepares and inspects materials. ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
Requirements
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to sew efficiently
- Ability to use hand tools
- Ability to work in team setting or independently
- Ability to understand processes and instructions
- Ability to read tape measurements
- Ability to read and follow standard operations processes
- Ability to cross train
- Ability to wear all required PPE
