About The Position
The Boat & ATV Sales Consultant performs various Selling / Customer Service activities to assist Boat and ATV Customers in making informed buying decisions. This role supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. The consultant engages all customers entering the department in a friendly and timely manner, meets with potential customers to determine their boating and/or ATV needs, and provides necessary information to allow the customer to make informed buying decisions. The consultant maintains current product knowledge and awareness of advertised items, pricing structures, and promotions. They work cooperatively with the Service Department to ensure seamless delivery to the customer and maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information. The consultant prepares the showroom each morning, generates and manages leads in the CRM tool, participates in special events, meets and exceeds sales goals, and maintains a clean and professional work area.
