We’re actively seeking a Board-Certified Veterinary Surgeon (DACVS) to join our growing surgical service in a progressive, referral-based practice serving Lancaster County and beyond. This is a full-time (Monday–Friday) role in a specialty hospital with: No on-call, weekend, or overnight shifts High volume of diverse surgical referrals from trusted local GPs and other specialists Access to CT, digital radiology, advanced anesthesia monitoring, and experienced surgical technicians The chance to collaborate with an internal medicine specialist, oncologist, cardiologist, and radiologist under one roof A culture that prioritizes surgical excellence and continuity of care, not volume quotas You’ll have the autonomy to manage cases your way, with a strong internal referral network and a loyal, growing client base.
