About The Position
Salem Media - Phoenix has an immediate opening for a Part-Time / Weekend Board-Operator position.
Requirements
- Windows based computer skills
- Flexibility is a must!
- Availability for weekends and some weekdays
- Detailed oriented, prompt and dependable
- Must be able to multi-task in a stressful broadcast environment
Nice To Haves
- Wide Orbit, NexGen (or similar) automation system experience is preferred
- College preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Producing live and recorded radio programs and podcasts
- Executing format as designed by management
- Maintain station logs, operate control boards, screen listener phone calls, operate remote broadcast equipment
- Various audio production duties
- Post items on various social media platforms
