About The Position
iHeartMedia, the number one audio company in America, is seeking a skilled Board Operator to provide programming and control board support to On-Air Talent. The audio revolution is here, and iHeart is leading it! We reach 90% of Americans every month, with a monthly audience that’s twice the size of any other audio company. As a Board Operator, you will operate the control board for studios and remote programming, regulate program timing, and monitor the technical quality of on-air programming. You will also support off-air commercial production and ensure that the station’s license is protected by censoring live programs. This role requires flexibility in work schedule, including evenings, overnight, and weekends, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
