This role involves providing clinic-based, in-home, and community-based ABA services to patients and families. Key responsibilities include supervising treatment implementation, conducting initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires, developing individualized behavior acquisition programs and intervention plans, implementing and supervising data collection systems, and providing behavioral support in an interdisciplinary treatment setting. The analyst will also evaluate and report patient progress, oversee transition and discharge plans, conduct parent/caregiver trainings, supervise RBTs, attend various meetings, and maintain BCBA certification and state licensure while adhering to ethical codes.
