This position is responsible for developing programmatic supports for students whose behavior significantly impacts their learning and participation in the educational environment or for those students who have pervasive behaviors that are not improving. The BCBA provides leadership for administrators, district partners, Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), and other licensed and unlicensed Behavior Specialists, teachers, parents, and school personnel to address student behavior.
