About The Position
Riverside Community Care is seeking a compassionate, conscientious, and hardworking Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our Developmental and Cognitive Services Division. This full-time opportunity involves working with adults who have developmental disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and/or autism spectrum disorder. The BCBA will provide direct applied behavioral analysis, conduct functional behavioral assessments, and develop Behavioral Support Plans. Additionally, the role includes participating in the development of Individual Service Plans, conducting caregiver training and education, performing data analysis, and attending team meetings. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
