Requirements

• Must hold a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• BCBA certification (Required)
• Licensed Behavioral Analyst in the state of New Jersey
• Must be comfortable going into client’s homes to supervise therapy sessions and provide parent trainings
• Ability to create treatment plans with independence and confidence
• Must pass background check, child abuse registry, and drug testing

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable with technology and electronic data collection (RethinkBH experience a plus)
• Experience working with children with autism or other developmental delays using ABA
• Must be able to analyze data, identify patterns, and develop solutions to address behavioral challenges
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
• Communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the reasons behind specific behaviors
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and evidence-based practices.
• Oversee and supervise ABA services in 1:1 and group settings
• Provide guidance and training to technicians and other professionals on implementing behavior-analytic interventions
• Collect and analyze data to monitor child progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of treatment plans, assessments, progress, and other relevant information (RethinkBH)
• Communicate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective implementation of treatment plans
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, confidentiality, professionalism, and organization across all settings
