We are looking for a compassionate, conscientious and hardworking BCBA. *****$4,000 SIGN ON BONUS***** First $2,000 distributed at 30 days, Second $2,000 distributed at 6 months! Great full-time opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst working to help cover our DDS/ABI Residences (as well as occasional d Living, and Individual Support Services). The BCBA will provide direct applied behavioral analysis, functional behavioral assessment, and development of Behavioral Support Plans for adults with developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury and/or autism spectrum disorder. In addition, the BCBA will also participate in the development of Individual Service Plans including periodic reviews of treatment plans. Other duties would include caregiver trainings and education, data analysis and attendance at team meetings. Schedule: Monday through Fri 9am-5pm Salary: $$77,137/year Catchment areas: Waltham, Newton, Watertown, West Roxbury, Medford, and Reading.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Counseling, or Applied Behavioral Analysis required.
  • At least two years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities required.
  • Current certification or certification eligible by The Behavior Analyst Certification Board®, Inc.
  • Valid driver's license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct applied behavioral analysis.
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments.

  • Conduct caregiver trainings and education.
