About The Position
HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join their team in Riverview, FL. The role focuses on providing quality care with an average of 5 clients per BCBA and includes 20% dedicated supervision time. The setting is primarily clinic-based with one work-from-home day per week after meeting certain conditions. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with no weekends. Requirements
- Must be licensed as a BCBA.
- At least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum.
Responsibilities
- Run and oversee behavioral + functional assessments - the fun ones like VB-MAPP and Vineland!
- Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life—home, community, and center.
- Train, support, and cheer on your RBT team like the clinical rockstars they are.
- Lead meaningful parent training sessions that empower families.
- Collaborate with other disciplines, educators, and providers to give kids the best care possible.
- And of course… pitch in with anything else that helps the team thrive!
