About The Position
Are you a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking a fulfilling opportunity to lead a team and make a profound impact in a community-focused setting? As a BCBA at Cardinal, you will take the lead in designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention plans for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. You'll collaborate closely with our team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and expertise to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee their implementation. You will provide supervision and guidance to RBTs and behavior therapists, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver effective interventions. Collaboration with families and caregivers is essential to ensure continuity and progress in treatment. You will utilize evidence-based practices and data analysis to track client outcomes, ensuring that our interventions are effective and tailored to each individual's needs.
