About The Position

Cortica is seeking passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their team in Scottsdale, Tempe, Glendale, and Mesa. Requirements

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field required
• BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check
• Successful completion of a motor vehicle report review

Nice To Haves

• LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Manage a caseload to achieve monthly billable hour targets (between 100 and 115 hours).
• Perform administrative tasks related to client care, with hybrid flexibility.
• Engage in case consultation and seek guidance from Clinical Supervisors.
• Collaborate with transdisciplinary partners including physicians, speech, occupational, and mental health therapists.
• Utilize Care Coordinators for scheduling and logistical support.
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development through internal CEUs, virtual trainings, Clinical Rounds, and company-wide meetings.
