Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge in implementation of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Ability to interact effectively and in a supportive manner with people of all backgrounds and ages
  • Ability to manage a large group of individuals
  • Follow policies and procedures of MBS
  • Follow and implement HIPAA Rules and Regulations, state and federal confidentiality laws

Responsibilities

  • Complete clinical assessments, functional assessments, and functional analyses
  • Oversee/Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of staff
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor treatment team
  • Set and achieve performance goals with learners, learner’s caregivers, and treatment teams
  • Manage and implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programming
  • Conduct caregiver training
  • Aid in developing company policy and environment
  • Ensure requirements for documentation of clinical services are implemented
  • Oversee and maintain accurate and organized learner notes, data, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Help develop and implement staff trainings
  • Meet regularly with staff to notify any issues impacting learner progress and satisfaction
  • Review and update formal documentation and plans for funding sources and company standards of practice
  • Use Central Reach for data collection and reporting
  • Other duties as assigned
