Many clinicians enter ABA wanting to grow, sharpen their skills, mentor others, and make a real difference. At Bierman, the company has worked hard to protect that 'why' for 20 years, remaining BCBA-owned, privately held, debt-free, and independent, ensuring no outside investors influence their clinical values. Their model mirrors a teaching hospital: collaborative, research-driven, and designed to help clinicians develop into leaders. Outcomes drive everything they do, using Precision Teaching to create a shared data language and make stay, stop, or change decisions every 3–5 days for meaningful client progress. Progress is tracked daily through “change harders,” supporting clinicians in real time. This data-driven approach leads to exceptional results, with over 60% of learners graduating to general education or supported settings in about 20 months. The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) has a primary responsibility to accelerate client success through the direct oversight and care of client programming for a caseload of clients. By maintaining a caseload of approximately 7 clients in their assigned location, the BA will ensure oversight of clinical quality, prescription fulfillment, ethical practice, and client outcomes. As a leader and model for RBT’s and other BAs, the BA takes on the responsibility of upholding the organization’s core values, cultivating a culture of integrity, creativity, respect, teamwork, and excellence within their center. Qualified candidates will enjoy working with children, demonstrate excellent communication skills, be well organized, flexible, patient, and dependable. They will be highly motivated, naturally take initiative, be willing to learn, remain curious, and look to make a larger, positive impact.
