About The Position

Our mission is to help children with autism achieve independence and gain confidence by providing best -in -class ABA services. We support families every step of the way to ensure children learn life skills and achieve meaningful goals. We are expanding services into the Greater Charlotte, NC area and are seeking a compassionate, skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role will initially provide in -home ABA services to children and families, then transition into a clinic -based role once our Charlotte clinic opens. This is an exciting opportunity to help expand AutismCOE’s high -quality ABA services into the Charlotte area — while working within a supportive and established clinical organization.

Requirements

Active BCBA certification (required)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field (required)
Experience providing ABA services to children with autism preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to ethical, family -centered care
Flexibility and comfort providing in -home services during the initial phase

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Behavior Technicians/RBTs
Deliver ethical, compassionate, evidence -based ABA services
Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions
Support family training, education, and collaboration
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Partner with leadership as services launch and grow in the Charlotte area
Contribute to a positive, mission -driven team culture
