About The Position
Sunflower Development Center is growing, and we are looking for a passionate, high-quality BCBA to join our team. This is an in-person position providing a combination of clinic-based and home-based services, with opportunities to collaborate, lead, and make a meaningful impact on children and families.
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Massachusetts
- Experience working with children
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to write high-quality treatment plans
- Comfortable supervising staff and providing feedback
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians (RBTs/BTs)
- Deliver parent training and support caregivers in meaningful, realistic ways
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team through case discussions and clinical roundtables
- Ensure services meet medical necessity and payer requirements
- Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust programming accordingly
