Under general supervision of the System Director, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) You will analyze coordinates, trains, assesses, and collaborates in care for people with IDD and Mental Health diagnoses. In this role you will commit and strive to relate and communicate with families, staff, MHMR colleagues and community partners in a trauma informed manner that reflects and creates a culture of Felt Safety, Regulation and Connection with all. Decisions are guided by the BCBA’s professional expertise, education, and experience.
