Our team is committed to supporting children and families through the use of evidence-based practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We are seeking dedicated BCBAs to deliver high-quality clinical services in home and community-based settings. As a BCBA with TheraCare, you will oversee ABA programs for children and youth (ages 2–21) receiving services in their homes and communities. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure that services are delivered according to best practices and program guidelines.
