Discovery ABA has officially expanded into Maryland, and we’re excited to welcome our first BCBA clinicians to the region! Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Active Maryland LBA
• Experience providing ABA services in in-home or hybrid environments
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
• A client-centered, outcome-based approach to care

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress toward goals
• Supervise, coach, and support RBTs
• Partner with families to promote generalization and consistency
• Complete documentation and uphold ethical, payer, and clinical standards
