As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Lumen Pediatric Therapy, your primary responsibility will be to observe clients and assess their behavior, to develop individual plans to correct, maintain, or improve certain behaviors and to meet with families to discuss the client’s treatment and progress. Direct care services include the implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, including: Formulating an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to the client’s cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs Administering treatment and tailoring interventions as needed Providing direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians, implementing and overseeing protocols Managing a team of BTs/RBTs including reviewing and approving time cards, scheduling and conducting monthly 1:1 meetings, and providing coaching and feedback. Suggesting additional treatment by other professionals as required Operating within time, financial, and other resource constraints Staying up to date on evidence-based practice research Advocating for the inclusion of individuals with disorders and disabilities within society Attending regular consultation/meetings with Supervising Clinician to review client objectives/goals, assess client progress, and implement necessary changes to ensure success Attending clinic or payor required ongoing trainings to advance clinical practice & professional development Assisting with additional clinical and/or administrative duties as delegated

  • You must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • You enjoy being a leader and have a passion for managing, training, and mentoring BTs/RBTs.
  • You have the ability to participate in Clinical Rotation coverage.
