About The Position
Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA - Sign on Bonus $1,500 Hybrid Remote in Decatur, Illinois Work with Macon Resources, Inc. to build meaningful lives. Macon Resources, Inc. (MRI) provides services that promote the growth, independence and self-worth of children and adults with disabilities in Macon County. MRI provides a broad range of services and supports for persons throughout their lifetime including vocational development, employment, residential and therapeutic supports. Here is how YOU will make a difference: Design and implement ABA treatment programs for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Oversee the treatment assigned to each person’s case to ensure they are receiving top quality care.
Requirements
- BCBA Certification
- Master’s degree in human service field
- One year experience with the developmentally disabled and or DD/MI preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sincere interest in learning and implementing ABA
- Collaborative spirit and willingness to work as a team
