Requirements

  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
  • BCBA certification in good standing
  • Experience supervising behavior technicians
  • Strong communication and clinical decision-making skill

Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs
  • Supervise and mentor behavior technicians
  • Collaborate with fellow BCBAs on clinical strategies
  • Partner with families to support meaningful progress
  • Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery
