Requirements
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
- BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience supervising behavior technicians
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skill
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs
- Supervise and mentor behavior technicians
- Collaborate with fellow BCBAs on clinical strategies
- Partner with families to support meaningful progress
- Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery
