This position supports clients across both of our clinic locations in Sagamore and Norton. About Us Peak Potential Therapy is a growing provider of ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services, dedicated to improving the lives of children with autism and related developmental needs. Requirements
- BCBA certification required
- Ohio COBA certification required
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience managing an ABA caseload
- Strong clinical and data analysis skills
- Clear communication and organizational ability
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee an assigned ABA caseload
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical direction and support to RBTs assigned to your cases
- Monitor client progress through data and adjust programming as needed
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation
- Contribute to a supportive and team-oriented clinical environment
