About The Position

Butterfly Effects is a BCBA-led organization dedicated to empowering Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with unmatched support, professional growth, and a family-centric approach in autism therapy. Led by Dr. Steve Woolf, PhD, BCBA-D (President) and Molly McGinnis, M.Ed., BCBA (Vice President of Clinical Services), the company prioritizes the success of its clinicians to focus on making socially meaningful changes in the lives of children and families with autism spectrum disorder. Butterfly Effects is a co-founder of the National Coalition for Access to Autism Services (NCAAS) and the Louisiana Coalition for Access to Autism Services (LCAAS), non-profits focused on expanding access to ABA for all families. The organization ensures BCBAs hold key roles in management and senior leadership, shaping clinical practices and company direction. As an established ABA provider with nationwide expansion, Butterfly Effects offers stable growth opportunities to roles like Assistant Regional Director, Center Director, and Regional Director. It is a fully accredited BHCOE organization, upholding BACB guidelines and prioritizing meaningful supervision, family involvement, and evidence-based ABA interventions over rigid quotas. The company fosters a supportive, positive culture where BCBAs are heard, respected, and encouraged to contribute, offering a "PD Speaker Series" for internal CEU presentations and monthly clinical case reviews. Clinicians are empowered to design customized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, with full access to tools, resources, and interdisciplinary collaboration for optimal ASD outcomes. Since 2005, Butterfly Effects has transformed the lives of over 15,000 families through individualized applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, symbolizing love, rebirth, and metamorphosis in its commitment to helping children and families thrive.
