We’re looking for a BCBA who wants to do meaningful clinical work while being part of a supportive, collaborative team. In this role, you’ll work across school and/or clinical settings, conducting assessments, developing behavior plans, and partnering closely with educators, families, and your clinical team. You’ll also supervise ABA staff and help guide effective, research-based interventions that make a real impact on the children we serve. The base salary range for this role is $80,000–$86,000, with additional bonus opportunities tied to performance. Final compensation may vary based on experience, clinical competencies, and productivity. We’re open to part-time schedules as well, with adjusted compensation.
