Requirements

BCBA certification ( , of course!)
Experience working with children or teens with autism
A heart for families, and a head for data-driven decision-making
Strong communication skills, a sense of humor, and a commitment to ethical care

Responsibilities

Oversee and design individualized treatment plans that work in real life , not just on paper
Provide direct supervision and mentorship to a team of RBTs
Work with families to set meaningful goals, measure progress, and celebrate wins
Ensure ethical, compassionate care aligned with best practices in ABA
Collaborate with a clinical team that values your insight, voice, and vision
