About The Position

First Children Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to perform meaningful clinical work as part of a supportive, collaborative team. In this role, you will work across school and/or clinical settings, conducting assessments, developing behavior plans, and partnering closely with educators, families, and your clinical team. You will also supervise ABA staff and help guide effective, research-based interventions that make a real impact on the children served. Requirements

• Active BCBA Certification
• (PA) LBS License
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum
• Strong communication skills
• Comfort leading others
• Experience with assessments like VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or AFLS

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments
