About The Position

Looking for a flexible BCBA role that still gives you meaningful clinical work and a strong team around you? This evening position is designed for clinicians who want impact, without committing to a full-time schedule. You’ll support clients in clinic and/or home-based settings, completing assessments, building behavior plans, and working closely with families and your clinical team. You’ll also provide guidance to ABA staff and help ensure interventions are practical, consistent, and grounded in evidence-based care. We’re looking for someone with an active BCBA certification and NJ LBA license, along with experience supporting children on the autism spectrum. You should be comfortable working independently, communicating with families, and leading clinical direction when needed. Familiarity with tools like VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or AFLS is a plus. Compensation for this role is up to $75.00 per billable hour, with final rates based on experience, clinical skillset, and productivity. As a part-time team member, you’ll have access to a streamlined benefits offering that may include eligibility for our 401(k) program, employee assistance resources, and other voluntary benefits, depending on hours worked. First Children Services is a clinician-led team focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate care. We take pride in supporting both our clients and the professionals who work with them. First Children Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate based on any protected characteristic under federal, state, or local law.
